Deposits

First deposit $150.00 per person deposit due within 7 days of making a reservation

Group Booking

The Best Cruise Ever offers incentives for groups booking ten or more cabins on the 2010 Cruise. One complimentary cabin will be offered for every ten paid cabins booked in a group.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Passengers cancelling their reservations will forfeit their deposit. No refunds will be made unless the cruise is cancelled.

Taxes, Fees, and Gratuities

All fares are subject to a 12% surcharge, which covers all taxes, governmental fees, gratuities, and other additional fees for the cruise.  (Taxes, fees, and gratuities for optional products and services purchased during the cruise are not included in this surcharge.)

Specifically:

Port Tax $119.00 per person

Government Fees $52.10 per person

Prepaid Gratuities $50.00 per person

Trip Insurance

It is recommended that trip cancellation insurance be purchased. Pink City Entertainment or Project Curve Appeal does not sell this insurance, but you can review various insurance options at www.insuremytrip.com.   

Passports & Birth Certificate

A valid passport or certified birth certificate is required for all passengers on the Best Cruise Ever. For your protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date not occur within six months of the sailing termination date.
